We
are a social club for people who have never had children and are happily living their lives that way. In other words,
our members are not childless, they are child-free.
We also welcome those who are considering not having children, and
are experiencing unwelcome societal pressure to change their minds and conform.
Most members of No Kidding! have thought long and hard about parenthood and have concluded - for
various reasons - that it isn't right for them. Other members are still in the decision-making process, and are perhaps looking
for validation that being childfree is an acceptable life choice.
We have all joined No Kidding! to interact with others whose lives have similar priorities and flexibility
to our own.
Who We Are Not...
We are not a support group for anyone upset about never having had a child.
We are also not the right group for a parent with empty-nest syndrome, or one who has
been otherwise separated from their children.
Simply put, this is a group for those who have never been parents... and are just fine with
that.
